Store Exchange Policy / Store Credit

Exchanges are accepted within a 60 Day period and MUST BE returned with the packing slip. If packing slip is not returned with order I will not know who you are and will not be able to issue your store credit. Any items returned without the packing slip will not be entitled to store credit.
**EXCHANGE (same as store credit):

Exchange is same as store credit.

You have a full 60 days to return for store credit.

Items can not be used, worn, or altered in anyway and must come back to me with all tags ATTACHED!

Once your order is received for store credit I will promptly email you a Gift Certificate PIN # in the amount of the exchange for you to come back to the shop to choose another item of your choice. This PIN# will be emailed to you at the email address provided to me at the time your order was placed. Please make sure it is valid.

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges.

Clearance items are FINAL sales and can not be returned for store credit.
WHEN SHIPPING ITEMS BACK:
You may want to insure your return as Hemp Jewelry Shop will not be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the mail. Please return items to the address on your shipping label. If you no longer have this label drop me an email I will be happy to give it to you.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Any items returned that are NOT in NEW condition as stated above or not within the 60 day limit for store credt, will NOT be entitled to store credit and the items will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. This expense will be charged to the account that was used when placing your order. Any items that are unable to be returned to the customer due to circumstance (i.e. no packing slip, etc.) will be kept until the customer contacts Missy at HempJewelryShop.com via email or phone.
ABANDON ITEMS:
If an order is returned to me by the United States Postal service for any reason, I will contact the customer first with an email to issue a store credit in the sum of the product that was returned (shipping not included due to initial shipping has already been used) in the form of a Gift Certificate PIN#. Once this is done it will be the responsibility of the customer to come back to the shop and place the order again using the Gift Certificate PIN# during checkout to pay for the item and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If the item was returned due to an error in labeling on our end we will ship you back your item for free.
