Store Return / Exchange Policy

All RETURNS are accepted and MUST BE returned with an invoice indicating "REFUND" or "STORE CREDIT" (which is same as an Exchange). Any items returned without the invoice and/or not indicating "refund" or "store credit" will automatically be given STORE CREDIT.
REFUNDS:
Must be received back within a 20 day period with the invoice and REFUND written on the invoice. If your invoice does not instruct me to REFUND your order you will automatically be given store credit. The item must be in NEW condition. Items can not be used, worn, washed or altered in anyway. If there were tags on your item, the tags MUST still be attached. Hemp Jewelry or other handmade hemp items, Custom or In Stock can only be returned for store credit (same as exchange). If your order is being refunded you will see a credit to your account within 15 days of the price paid for your item. If your item is not received within the Twenty (20) day period you will still be issued a Store Credit for the items returned as long as it has not been over 30 days. Clearance items are final sales and not refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
**EXCHANGE:
Exchange is same as store credit. All items returned for exchange must be received within 30 days in new condition. Items can not be used, worn, washed or altered in anyway. If there were tags on your item, the tags MUST still be attached. Hemp Jewelry or other handmade hemp items, Custom or In Stock can only be returned for store credit (same as exchange). If you are returning for Exchange a credit will be promptly emailed to you in the form of a Gift Certificate "PIN NUMBER" to the email address that was provided to me at the time your order was made. Please make sure it is valid. Once you receive your credit (PIN #) you may come back to the shop at anytime to purchase the item of your choice. The customer will be responsible for shipping items back to me, and also for shipping to send new chosen item back to you. Please read sizing charts and be sure of sizes when ordering to avoid extra costs. Clearance items are final sales and can not be returned for exchange or refund.
WHEN SHIPPING ITEMS BACK:
You may want to insure your return as Hemp Jewelry Shop will not be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the mail. Please return items to the address on your shipping label. If you no longer have this label drop me an email I will be happy to give it to you.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Any items returned that are NOT in NEW condition as stated above or not within the 30 day limit for store credt, will NOT be entitled to refund or store credit and the items will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. This expense will be charged to the account that was used when placing your order. Any items that are unable to be returned to the customer due to circumstance will be kept until the customer contacts Missy at HempJewelryShop.com via email or phone.
ABANDON ITEMS:
If an order is returned to me by the United States Postal service for any reason, I will contact the customer first with an email to issue a store credit in the sum of the product that was returned (shipping not included due to initial shipping has already been used) in the form of a Gift Certificate PIN#. Once this is done it will be the responsibility of the customer to come back to the shop and place the order again using the Gift Certificate PIN# during checkout to pay for the item and shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If the item was returned due to an error in labeling on our end we will ship you back your item for free.
